What you can write to us about
- A card you can't find. If we are missing an occasion, style, or recipient combination you needed, tell us. We add to the catalog regularly based on what people ask for.
- A typo or broken link. We try to catch these in review, but a quick note is the most useful thing you can send us.
- A wording suggestion. If you wrote a card message you are proud of and would not mind it appearing on a CardWave template (uncredited or credited, your choice), we'd love to read it.
- A printing partnership. If you run a small print shop and would like to be listed as a recommended printer for CardWave templates, send us details about your services.
What we cannot do
We are not a custom card design service. We do not take commissions for one-off card designs. If you need a custom invitation or stationery suite, we are happy to recommend designers we trust — just ask.

For press, partnerships, or collaborations, email the same address with "Partnership" in the subject line and we'll route it to the right person.
Response time
We aim to reply within five business days. We are slower around major card-sending holidays — December especially — for obvious reasons.
